A Helping Hand – St Joseph’s Home for Boys 18+
Dulux proudly provides annual sponsorship to St Joseph’s Home for Boys 18+, empowering these young men to grow, thrive, and embrace independence.

Celebrating Colour
In partnership with Hellenic School, we have hosted vibrant and interactive Colour Explosion Runs, sparking creativity and inspiring a love for colour among students and their families.
Participants dash through the school grounds, showered in bright powders of pink, blue, green, and yellow—creating a spectacular display with every step.

Saving Lives – Mbuya Nehanda Neonatal Unit
We champion the Kangaroo Mothercare program at the Mbuya Nehanda Neonatal Unit, a vital initiative saving the lives of premature babies. Our support has included painting and refreshing the unit, adding privacy frosting, donating sanitizers, and collaborating with stockists to renovate the kitchen—enhancing facilities for staff and families.

Enhancing Care – Island Hospice
For over five years, we have partnered with Island Hospice through multiple initiatives, most recently revitalising its Harare HQ with vibrant paint on the exterior and perimeter fencing, creating a warm, uplifting environment for patients, families, and staff.

Preserving Our Heritage – Domboshawa Cultural Village
In collaboration with the German Embassy and local artist Othnell Mangoma, we have helped preserve and promote Zimbabwe’s traditional music and arts. Dulux brought a distinctive touch to the huts at Domboshawa Cultural Village, showcasing traditional Matobo designs and celebrating our cultural heritage.

Providing a Brighter Future – Uncommon.org
We supplied exterior paint for Uncommon.org Hubs in Harare’s high-density areas—centres that offer quality learning and entrepreneurial coding skills in underprivileged communities. The refreshed spaces encourage creativity, innovation, and growth.

Fostering Zimbabwe’s Athletes – Sports Science Lab Zimbabwe (SSL)
For over five years, we have collaborated with the Sports Science Lab Zimbabwe (SSL) and The Hub Community Initiative in Groombridge to nurture the country’s athletic talent. The facility provides young athletes with the tools, training, and opportunities needed to excel.

Showcasing Local Talent
In collaboration with Caligraph, we have backed various community arts initiatives such as the Pasa Pasa Art Event—an energetic street show highlighting emerging artists. This platform promotes creativity, community connection, and cultural innovation.

Bringing Colour to the Cancer Association of Zimbabwe
We proudly support breast cancer awareness and fundraising efforts, including Pink Day triathlon events. Our contributions also cover vital treatment medication through the Cancer Association, providing essential help to those battling cancer.

Brightening the Future – Aberfoyle Primary School
Since 2022, Dulux has supported Aberfoyle Primary School in the Honde Valley, enhancing infrastructure, improving learning spaces, recognising academic excellence, and fostering sporting talent in partnership with SSL. Contributions include roof replacement, new ceilings and gutters, office construction, classroom painting, provision of over 800 textbooks with shelving, and sponsoring prizes such as school fees. Making a Difference – Gosha Primary School
Since 2017, Dulux has been dedicated to uplifting Gosha Primary School. Projects have included new ablution facilities, classroom repainting, water tank installation, kitchen construction, and building a maize storeroom—strengthening the school’s resources and environment for both students and staff.
Dulux remains committed to long-standing community partnerships across a diverse range of causes. In addition to the above initiatives, we have donated over 2,500 litres of paint to charities, NGOs, schools, and orphanages—continuing our mission to bring colour, inspiration, and lasting impact to communities across Zimbabwe
